We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Admin cum Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Reception Duties
Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor logbook and guide guests to the concerned departments.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mails.
Administrative Duties
Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff.
Support HR/Admin team in day-to-day activities like attendance, leave records, and employee coordination.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
Prepare reports, letters, and basic data entry tasks.
