Reception Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the concerned department.
Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Administrative Support
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mails, and documentation.
Maintain records, files, and databases (both soft and hard copy).
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments.
Office Coordination
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office infrastructure.
Coordinate with housekeeping, IT support, and facility management teams.
Assist HR/Admin team in organizing company events, travel bookings, and other administrative tasks.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration/Management).
1–3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or admin role.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
