Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and alert Front Office Executive who will manage reception duties along with courier, parcel, and dispatch coordination. The role supports logistics movement, QC coordination, admin communication, and basic facility monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound couriers, porter movements, and parcels

  • Coordinate dispatch and receipt of RM / PM / FG with stores, QC, and production teams

  • Maintain dispatch records, courier logs, and documentation

  • Support QC team with coordination and reporting assistance

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor communication professionally

  • Monitor security systems, surveillance cameras, and entry/exit logs

  • Assist in facility resource monitoring (utilities, housekeeping, basic supplies)

  • Provide general administrative and front-office support

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, documentation)

  • Organized, alert, and process-oriented

  • Prior experience in front office, admin, or factory coordination preferred
