Key Responsibilities:
-Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners professionally
-Handle incoming and outgoing calls at the reception desk
-Manage and respond to official emails in a timely manner
-Maintain visitor entry records and meeting schedules
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office functioning
-Handle courier, documents, and front-office logistics
-Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional
-Provide basic administrative support as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Good spoken and written English
-Basic knowledge of email drafting and etiquette
-Polite, professional, and presentable personality
-Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email tools)
-Strong coordination and communication skills
