Profile Key Responsibilities
1. Electrical & Pump Systems Monitoring
Monitor and check operational status of borewell pumps, sump pumps, and sprinkler pumps on a daily and monthly basis
Inspect pressure pump systems and ensure proper functioning
Verify water levels in sump tanks and maintain minimum required stock levels
Check water level controllers and sensor systems for accuracy and performance
2. Heating & Energy Systems
Conduct routine checks on boilers (main building) and heat pump units
Monitor solar system performance and report abnormalities
Inspect steam boiler for Jacuzzi on a daily basis
Ensure all heating systems are operating safely and efficiently
3. Kitchen & Water Treatment Systems
Monitor performance of RO plants across locations (main kitchen, tent houses, and common areas)
Check plumbing systems, taps, and valves for proper operation
Ensure drain lines are clean and free-flowing (weekly checks)
Identify and report any leakages or blockages in water systems
4. Pump Room & Utility Area Operations
Conduct regular inspections of pump units in pump rooms and swimming pool areas
Ensure consistent water supply and optimal pump performance
Maintain records of equipment status and report deviations promptly
5. Tent House Equipment Maintenance (Old & New)
Inspect and maintain equipment including:
RO systems, Geysers, Pressure pumps, Food crusher units, Dishwasher machines
Ensure all equipment is operational and report faults immediately
6. Common Area Maintenance
Monitor Water fountain pumps, Garden hydropneumatic systems, Blower motors, RO system
Check borewell pump and controller performance daily
Inspect all plumbing lines and fixtures for leakages or damages & timely rectification with required spares.
Support & execute furnitures carpentry rectification & repainting works during the requirements.
Support for events at farm & house.
7. Preventive Maintenance & Reporting
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checks as per maintenance schedule
Maintain logs for inspections, faults, and corrective actions
Escalate critical issues to supervisors in a timely manner
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
Ability to identify faults and perform minor repairs
Familiarity with pumps, RO plants, boilers, and furniture’s carpentry
Good observation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and follow schedules
Qualifications & Experience
ITI in Mechanical / Plumbing
2–5 years of experience in facility maintenance / hospitality / residential properties
Hands-on experience with utility systems and equipment
