Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, pipelines, valves, taps, and sanitary fixtures.

• Handle water supply, drainage, and sewage-related plumbing work.

• Identify and repair leakage, blockages, and pipeline issues.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plumbing systems.

• Read basic plumbing layouts and understand pipeline routes.

• Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively.

• Attend complaints and resolve plumbing issues within the required time.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Follow safety procedures and facility maintenance standards.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of plumbing installation and maintenance.

• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing problems.

• Knowledge of basic plumbing tools, fittings, and materials.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant technical qualification preferred.
