Duties & Responsibilities :-

Independent Handling the Building activities & Works

Maintenance of Securities at all apartments

Follow up Rent collections & Payment to Suppliers & Contractors

Maintenance of Labours like Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter, Masions etc

Co-ordinate with Building watchmens for Receipts & payments ELECTRICITY, WATER, GENERATOR, LIFT, GAIL GAS & CCTV Works.

Bike is Mandatory for Apartment Visit.
