Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Deliver documents or parcels within or outside the office if required.
Keep office supplies stocked (stationery, pantry items, etc.).
Support office staff in basic administrative tasks.
Open and close the office as per working hours if assigned.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and properly arranged.
Handle any other basic office duties assigned by management.
