Job Title: Mailroom Executive
Job Summary:
The Mailroom Executive will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound courier, parcel, and document handling activities within the organization. The role ensures timely processing, tracking, and delivery of shipments while maintaining proper records and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier parcels, and documents.
• Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing shipments in the tracking system.
• Verify shipment details such as sender/receiver information and ensure accuracy.
• Procure and manage stamp papers, envelopes, packaging materials, and related supplies.
• Handle vendor coordination for courier services and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure proper acknowledgment and proof of delivery (POD) records.
• Escalate discrepancies, delays, or damages to the reporting manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mailroom area.
• Follow compliance guidelines and confidentiality protocols.
Skills & Competencies:
• Basic knowledge of courier/logistics operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage records and documentation accurately.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, tracking tools).
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (as per company requirement).
• 1–3 years of experience in mailroom, courier operations, logistics, or administration preferred.
• Experience in corporate/facility management environment is an added advantage
