Job Description

Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to the Director, staff, and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Director's office, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area.
Dust and clean office furniture, tables, chairs, and equipment regularly.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Refill drinking water, pantry supplies, and other office essentials as required.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office support tasks.
Welcome and assist visitors when required.
Ensure washrooms and common areas remain clean and presentable.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Director or Administration Department.
