Job Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office.
Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Receive and distribute courier, parcels and official documents.
Maintain basic pantry and stationery requirements.
Assist staff with routine day-to-day office work.
Help with opening and closing of the office as required.
Ensure office supplies are available and inform the concerned person when stock is low.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th Pass; 12th Pass preferred.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Honest, punctual, responsible and well-mannered.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Good communication and polite behaviour.
Should be physically active and comfortable with indoor and outdoor office work.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
