Job Responsibilities:

Carry out interior and exterior painting works for residential construction projects.
Surface preparation including putty application, sanding, primer coating, and final painting.
Apply emulsion, enamel, texture, and other paint finishes as per project requirements.
Ensure smooth finish, neat workmanship, and proper material handling.
Coordinate with site engineers and other workers for timely completion of work.

Requirements:

Experience in residential painting works.
Knowledge of surface preparation, putty work, priming, and painting techniques.
Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.
Responsible, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
