Staff Nurse

We are looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our team True Hire Consulting to provide healthcare services to employees.

Experience : 8+ years of experience in industrial / occupational health (preferred)

Qualifications : Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

 License: Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to injured or ill employees.

• Maintain records of all injuries, illnesses, and treatments administered.

• Refer serious cases to the hospital or coordinate ambulance services.

• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical check-ups

• Identify health risks and recommend preventive measures.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the medical room and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards as per Factory Act and local laws.

• Educate workers on health, hygiene, and safety practices.

• Organize wellness programs, vaccination drives, and awareness campaigns.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain medical records and reports as per statutory requirements.

• Prepare monthly health reports for management.

• Assist in audits and inspections by statutory bodies.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
