About the Role

Leading Multispeciality Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team in Kharghar. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, monitor health conditions, assist medical specialists, and ensure standard safety and infection control protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs (pulse, blood pressure, temperature, etc.).

• Administer medications and treatments prescribed by attending doctors.

• Assist physicians and surgeons during examinations and medical procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records, health reports, and documentation.

• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-care routines.

• Ensure optimal hygiene, safety, and infection control standards throughout the facility.

• Address patients' immediate needs with care, empathy, and professionalism.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification:

  • Female Candidates: Minimum Nursing Certification (GNM / ANM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent).

  • Male Candidates: Minimum 10th Standard Pass.

• Experience Range: Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience.

• Key Skills: Compassionate attitude, effective communication, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
