About the Role

RPG Ventures is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (Female) to join our team in Kandivali (West), Mumbai. In this role, you will deliver quality patient care by monitoring health conditions, administering prescribed treatments, and assisting physicians with clinical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Assessment: Evaluate patient health conditions, identify care requirements, and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitoring pulse, blood pressure, temperature, etc.).

• Treatment & Administration: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and safely.

• Physician Assistance: Prepare patients for physical examinations and assist doctors during procedures.

• Medical Documentation: Maintain clear, organized patient records, charts, and progress reports.

• Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and family members on healthcare plans, post-treatment care, and overall wellness.

• Safety & Hygiene: Strict compliance with safety protocols, hygiene, and infection control standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Education: Graduate and above (GNM Certificate or B.Sc in Nursing required)

• Experience: 0 to 6+ years of experience as a Nurse

• Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Compassionate patient care and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
