Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support healthcare teams in delivering effective medical services. The candidate will be responsible for patient monitoring, medication administration, maintaining patient records, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor’s instructions and hospital protocols.

• Monitor patient health conditions and record vital signs regularly.

• Administer medications, injections, and treatments accurately.

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.

• Maintain proper patient records and nursing documentation.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards in the ward.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices.

• Handle medical equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.

• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations.

• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient care.

• Follow NABH, hospital safety, and quality guidelines.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge

Qualification

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing mandatory

• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate

• Relevant hospital experience preferred
