Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse (GNM) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical/hospital setting. The ideal candidate should be based in or willing to commute to the Kadugodi / Whitefield area and demonstrate strong clinical skills, empathy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.

• Respond promptly to patient emergencies.

• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient care delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have completed GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.

• Valid nursing registration (Karnataka Nursing Council preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Residing in or near Kadugodi, Whitefield, or nearby areas.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in shifts (day/night).

• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused.

• It is a Both Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
