Staff Nurse

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to guests and staff as needed

• Conduct daily wellness checks and monitor health conditions of long-stay guests or employees

• Maintain and replenish medical supplies and emergency kits across the property

• Assist in occupational health programs, including vaccination drives and health awareness sessions

• Respond swiftly to health incidents, coordinating with hotel security and local healthcare providers

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining proper documentation

• Support guest comfort and safety, especially for elderly or medically vulnerable visitors

• Train hotel staff on basic health protocols and emergency response procedures

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM/ANM/B.Sc Nursing)

• Valid registration with local nursing council

• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergencies

• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service etiquette

🕒 Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts or fixed hours depending on hotel policy

• On-call availability for emergencies
