Staff Nurse

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Staff Nurse to join our wellness center team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care, assist in clinical procedures, and ensure smooth patient experiences. This role requires both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer patient care and support wellness programs.

• Perform IV line insertion and cannula set-up with precision and safety.

• Monitor patient health and report observations to physicians/management.

• Assist in routine check-ups, preventive care, and wellness activities.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with protocols.

• Provide clear communication and guidance to patients in English and Hindi.

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing with valid registration.

• Proven experience in IV/cannula procedures.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Presentable personality with a professional demeanor.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
