Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse with hands-on experience in Ward and ICU to provide high-quality patient care and support medical teams in clinical operations.Key Responsibilities1.Provide direct nursing care to patients in Ward and ICU settings2.Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition regularly3.Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed4.Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations5. Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps6.Ensure proper infection control and maintain patient safety standards7.Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records8.Educate patients and attendants about care plans and post-treatment instructions9.Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first-level critical care10.Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient care
