Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to guests and staff.

• Maintain medical supplies and ensure the availability of essential medications.

• Assist in coordinating with local hospitals or clinics for advanced medical care.

• Keep accurate records of medical incidents and treatments provided.

• Educate staff on hygiene practices and preventive health measures.

• Support wellness initiatives and health awareness programs within the hotel.

Qualifications

• Certified nursing degree or diploma from a recognized institution.

• Valid nursing license or registration.

• Prior experience in hospitality or emergency care settings preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.

Working Conditions

• May require working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be available on-call for medical emergencies.

Reports to the Hotel Manager or designated Health and Safety Officer
