Job Title: Optometrist cum Counselor

Location: Orbit Eye Hospital, CV Road, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Optometrist cum Counselor to join our team at a reputed eye hospital located in Jogeshwari West. The ideal candidate will guide patients regarding surgical packages and carry out essential pre-doctor procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform eye diagnostic tests including OCT, Pentacam, and patient workups prior to consultation.

Counsel patients about their conditions and available surgery packages.

Provide professional advice and empathetic support throughout the patient journey.

Coordinate with doctors for smooth patient flow and support during OPDs.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.

Help maintain patient records and follow-up communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry is a must. to 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Strong communication and counseling skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume outpatient environment (OPD of 120 patients per day).

Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and pre-operative evaluations.
