provides direct, high-quality patient care in various clinical settings. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and executing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment & Care: Monitor vital signs, conduct physical examinations, administer medications, and carry out treatments as prescribed.
Clinical Procedures: Assist physicians during medical examinations, surgeries, and specialized technical procedures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records of patient progress and treatment responses.
Patient Education: Advise patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and at-home recovery plans.
Ward Management: Ensure a clean, safe environment, maintain medical equipment, and help supervise junior nursing staff or assistants.
