Job Description

A hospital floor manager oversees the daily administrative and operational functions of a specific ward. They supervise non-clinical staff, manage patient flow, enforce safety and hygiene protocols, and act as a key liaison between patients, medical teams, and hospital administration to ensure efficient, patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities -

Patient Flow Management: Oversee the admission, bed allocation, and discharge processes to minimize patient wait times and ensure smooth transitions.
Staff Supervision: Manage the schedules, attendance, grooming, and daily performance of nursing, housekeeping, and security teams assigned to the floor.
Complaint Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, addressing concerns professionally and ensuring a comfortable environment.
Compliance & Safety: Conduct regular floor rounds to ensure adherence to infection control, biomedical waste disposal, and healthcare accreditation standards.
Operations Reporting: Prepare daily operational reports and ensure that necessary medical supplies and equipment are fully stocked and functional
