Job Title: OT Technician ( Hair & Skin) cum FD

Roles & Responsibilities:

Occupational Therapy Technician:

● Perform occupational Hair & Skin treatments under the supervision of the

doctor.

● Assist in the implementation of treatment plans for clients, focusing on

hair and skin-related concerns.

● Provide guidance to clients on post-treatment care and self-help

techniques.

● Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.

● Assisting the doctor at the time of surgery & procedures.

● Cleaning of medical equipments/instruments are setting the OT for

surgery

● Getting the pre & post consultation & surgery forms filled from the patients

FD Duties:

● Greet clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.

● Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient utilization of the

therapist's time.

● Answer & make phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information

about services.

● Handle client check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and issuing

receipts.

● Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Client Communication:

● Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable

experience.

● Explain treatment procedures and answer client questions.

● Collect feedback from clients and report any concerns or issues to the

appropriate staff.

Administrative Tasks:● Assist in maintaining client records and updating databases.

● Manage inventory of therapy supplies and place orders as needed.

● Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

● Review calling all center

● Intrateck chat process

● Greeting Client & Google reviews

● Aline procedure as per CRM

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
