Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

  Providing hands-on care, including administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily activities. 

• Monitoring and Assessment:

  Regularly monitoring vital signs, assessing patient conditions, and documenting changes. 

• Patient and Family Education:

  Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes. 

• Documentation and Record Keeping:

  Maintaining accurate patient records, including medication administration logs, assessments, and progress notes. 

• Collaboration and Communication:

  Working with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach. 

• Equipment Operation:

  Operating and maintaining medical equipment as needed. 

• Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment:

  Contributing to a clean and organized patient environment, including maintaining equipment and supplies.
