Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare operating room, instruments, and supplies.

2. Assist with patient preparation and positioning.

3. Support surgeon and medical team during hair transplant procedure.

4. Maintain sterilization, hygiene, and infection control.

5. Provide post-procedure support and patient monitoring.

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

7. Collaborate with surgical team and communicate effectively with patients.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Certification in OT Technology/Surgical Technology

- Training/Certification in sterilization & infection control

- Experience in OT/hair transplant/cosmetic surgery

- Technical skills: operating medical equipment, graft handling, sterilization

- Soft skills: attention to detail, communication, teamwork, adaptability

- Physical requirements: standing, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination
