We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our team Face Surgery Centre to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The Nursing home set up is a 3 bed IPD with major OT, Dental department and physiotherapy department. The day-to-day tasks involve autoclaving and maintaining instruments, assisting doctors in medical procedures. It is a day job from 11 am to 8 pm. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000 - 20000 + incentive in case of occasional night stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain patient’s records and reports.
Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Nursing assistant, ANM, GNM, BSc Nursing and Experience Range is from 0 - 6 years. Freshers with an interest in learning assisting in OT are welcome. Sincerity, Truthfulness, Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
