Job Summary
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, assisting doctors during procedures, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and infection-control standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
Provide direct nursing care according to the patient's care plan.
