Staff Nurse

Staff Nurse in ICU or OT Department

Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Department: ICU / Operation Theatre
Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)

ICU Nurse Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including vital signs and clinical parameters

• Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed

• Operate and monitor ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, etc.)

• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation

• Assist doctors during emergency procedures and rounds

• Provide pre- and post-procedural care to patients

• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed

• Communicate patient status effectively with doctors and patient relatives

OT Nurse Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries (equipment, instruments, sterile setup)

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures

• Maintain strict aseptic and sterilization standards

• Count surgical instruments, swabs, and needles before and after procedures

• Monitor patient condition during surgery

• Ensure proper post-operative transfer and handover of patients

• Maintain OT documentation and inventory

Qualifications & Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification

• Experience in ICU or OT preferred (Freshers may apply if trained)

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
