Skin Cosmetic Treatment Assistant

We are looking for a Derma Technician to join our team at YMD Med Aesthetics to provide high-quality aesthetic care services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve assisting doctor during procedures, performing non-invasive skin and laser treatments, preparing patients for treatment, and maintaining all equipments. The position offers an in-hand salary and performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctor during consultations and procedures.

• Perform skin, hair, and laser treatments as per clinic protocols and under appropriate supervision.

• Prepare patients for all procedures.

• Operate and maintain laser and skin treatment equipment safely and effectively.

• Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment skincare instructions.

• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment details, and follow-up documentation.

• Ensure hygiene, sterilization, infection control, and safety standards are followed at all times.

• Monitor patients during and after treatments and report any concerns to the supervising doctor.

• Maintain inventory of treatment supplies and ensure equipment is clean and functional.

Job Requirements:

Prior work experience is preferred in Dermatology Assisting, Aesthetic Therapy, Cosmetology, Nursing, or a related field, with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic, or skin clinic. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to patient safety are essential.

Certification in laser technology or aesthetic procedures will be an added advantage.
