We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation Super Speciality Hospital-Unit of Platinum Hospitals Pvt Ltd. One of Maharashtra's largest and fastest-growing healthcare Chains.The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring health conditions, and supporting doctors in providing effective treatment. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about patient care and eager to grow in a professional hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs regularly
Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed
Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety guidelines
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and recovery
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for patient management
Required Skills:
Strong clinical and nursing skills
Knowledge of ICU/Ward procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle emergency situations
Attention to detail and patient-focused approach
Teamwork and coordination
Qualifications:
GNM or B.Sc Nursing
Valid State Nursing Council Registration
