We are looking for a Patient Care to join our team at The Wisdom Club to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, and administering treatments, . The position offers an in-hand salary of 20,000 - 22,000 with 12hr Rotational Duty.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.

• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring safety at all times.

• Monitor and record vital signs, physical condition, and behavioral changes; promptly report concerns to the supervisor or nurse.

• Administer medications as per instructions (where permitted) and follow prescribed care plans.

• Provide companionship and emotional support; engage clients in light activities to promote mental well-being.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the client’s living area and assist with basic household tasks related to care.

• Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and organizational policies.

• Maintain accurate daily care records and communicate effectively with family members and the healthcare team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.

• Certification or training in caregiving, elder care, or nursing assistant courses is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of elderly care, hygiene, nutrition, and safety practices.

• Good communication skills with a compassionate and patient-oriented approach.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly.

• Physically fit to support mobility and caregiving tasks.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, or in elderly care services.

• Experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare facilities is an added advantage.

• Exposure to caring for clients with chronic illnesses, dementia, or mobility challenges is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
