Position Summary

The Caregiver will provide day-to-day physical, emotional, and personal care to elderly clients in home and center-based settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Assist elderly clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
Help with feeding and mobility support
Monitor basic health conditions and report changes
Support medication reminders as per care plan
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the patient’s area
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow all safety, hygiene, and care protocols of The Wisdom Club
