Job Description:- We are looking for an experienced Patient Care Executive to manage patient interactions and ensure a smooth and professional front-office and patient support experience at our healthcare facility.Key

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries politely and professionally

Manage reception duties, greet patients, and attend to them efficiently

Assist patients with appointments, documentation, and general support

Maintain proper filing and records of patient information

Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and queries

Use computerized systems for data entry, tracking, and information gathering

Provide accurate information, referrals, and routine assistance

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient-related issues

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer handling

Healthcare sector experience preferred

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi

Patient, courteous, and customer-centric approach

Presentable with good interpersonal skills

Comfortable using computers and basic data entry systems
