We are looking for a Patient Care to join our team at The Wisdom Club to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20000 - 22000 with 12hr Rotational Duty.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring safety at all times.
Monitor and record vital signs, physical condition, and behavioral changes; promptly report concerns to the supervisor or nurse.
Administer medications as per instructions (where permitted) and follow prescribed care plans.
Provide companionship and emotional support; engage clients in light activities to promote mental well-being.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the client’s living area and assist with basic household tasks related to care.
Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
