Patient Care

We are looking for a Patient Care to join our team at The Wisdom Club to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20000 - 22000 with 12hr Rotational Duty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.

• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring safety at all times.

• Monitor and record vital signs, physical condition, and behavioral changes; promptly report concerns to the supervisor or nurse.

• Administer medications as per instructions (where permitted) and follow prescribed care plans.

• Provide companionship and emotional support; engage clients in light activities to promote mental well-being.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the client’s living area and assist with basic household tasks related to care.

• Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and organizational policies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
