Patient Care

The coordinator will be stationed in a hospital where doctors will prescribe our medical equipment to patients.

Once prescribed, she will take over the patient counseling process, explaining our product offerings and guiding the patient through the next steps.

She will be responsible for market research, providing patients with complete information about the equipment, pricing, and benefits.

The role requires converting patient leads into confirmed business.

After confirmation, she must demonstrate how to use the equipment—either in the hospital or at the patient’s home, depending on the situation.

The key focus will be on patient engagement, product counseling, and sales conversion.
