Key Responsibilities of Caregivers
The caregivers we wish to onboard will undertake the following tasks:
Assisting with daily activities like Assisting in Daily Routine Activities, Assisting in Walking, Wheelchair, Cane, Walker Supportbathing, dressing, feeding (oral), and toileting, Hygiene Maintaining, Diaper care, Bedpan, Urinal Care.
Providing health monitoring services such as taking vital signs and helping with range-of-motion exercises.
Supporting bedridden patients with regular turning, positioning, and transfers.
Ensuring safety, documenting changes, and reporting observations to supervisors.
Eligibility Criteria
To maintain our high standards of care, the ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass + Nursing Assistant/GDA/Bedside Attendant Course/ Experience in Homecare or Hospital
Age: 20 years or older.
Physical Requirements:
Minimum height of 5” and Weight of 46 kg for Female Caregivers
Minimum height of 5’3” and Weight of 50 Kg for Male Caregivers
