Role Overview
We are looking for a Patient Servicing & Operations Executive (Full-time) who will act as the
primary point of contact for patients and ensure seamless coordination across medical, operational, and partner networks.
This role is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while managing backend operational workflows efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Servicing & Coordination
● Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring end-to-end support throughout their treatment journey
● Coordinate appointments, consultations, diagnostics, and treatment schedules between patients and healthcare providers
● Assist patients in understanding treatment plans, service options, and cost estimates
● Ensure timely communication and resolution of patient queries and concerns
● Uphold the company’s commitment to empathy, transparency, and quality service delivery
Operations Management
● Manage day-to-day operational activities including patient registrations, documentation, and follow-ups
● Maintain accurate patient data and records in the system for reporting and analysis
● Coordinate with internal teams such as medical, finance, and operations to deliver a
smooth patient experience
● Monitor and report key operational metrics to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
Partner & Network Coordination
● Support onboarding and engagement of new partner hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
● Ensure proper documentation and coordination with external healthcare partners
● Assist in maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and service partners
Required Skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
● Proficiency in Excel, Word, and digital platforms such as CRM systems
● Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and empathy
● Strong coordination and follow-up skills
● Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
● 0–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient coordination, or hospital
administration preferred
Compensation
Commensurate with the qualification and experience of the candidate as per industry
standards.
