Job Title: Caretaker / Nurse (Home Care Services)

Salary: ₹19,000 to ₹29,000 (Based on Experience, Working Hours & Location)

Job Summary:
We are looking for responsible, caring, and experienced caretakers/nurses to provide home care support to patients, elderly individuals, or individuals with medical assistance needs. The role involves personal care, daily routine support, basic medical monitoring, and ensuring the comfort and safety of the patient.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support patient mobility (walking support, wheelchair assistance, etc.).
• Administer medicines as per doctor's prescription.
• Monitor vital signs (BP, Sugar, Pulse, Temperature) if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient’s surroundings.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare or assist with meals as needed.
• Inform family/doctor in case of any health changes or emergencies.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
• Preferred: ANM / GNM / Certified Nurse / Caregiver Course (Not mandatory for Caretaker role)
• Prior experience in patient care, elderly care, or hospital/home care services preferred.
• Ability to handle bedridden patients (if assigned).
• Good communication and responsible nature.

• Physically fit and able to handle basic lifting/mobility assistance
• Trustworthy and disciplined
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety practices

Employment Type: Full-Time (Day or Night Shift based on requirement)
