Job Description

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Help patients move, walk, and transfer safely.
Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
Feed patients and assist with meals if needed.
Keep patient rooms clean and organized.
Change bed linens and help maintain hygiene.
Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to nurses.
