The candidate must be well-dressed, disciplined, and ready to respond immediately to any accidents or emergencies involving workers or team members.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first aid during workplace accidents such as fractures, cuts, burns, and other injuries.Assist with basic medical care, including bandaging, wound cleaning, and injections (only if trained and permitted).Handle emergency situations until professional medical staff or ambulance arrives.Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the first-aid room and medical equipment.Monitor and restock medical supplies regularly.Assist in transporting injured persons safely to ambulances or medical facilities.Help with routine health checks and basic medical tasks for staff.Maintain simple records of injuries, first-aid given, and accidents.Follow all workplace safety and health guidelines strictly.Skills & QualificationsFirst-aid training or basic medical knowledge (fracture support, CPR, bandaging).Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.Physically fit and able to respond quickly in emergencies.Good communication and teamwork skills.Must be well-dressed and presentable at all times.Responsible, disciplined, and attentive.Preferred ExperienceExperience as a Ward Boy, Medical Assistant, or First-Aid Helper.Experience in industrial or fossil fuel environment is preferred.Personal QualitiesCaring, supportive, and calm under pressureQuick decision-making abilityTrustworthy and dependableGood behaviour and professional appearance
