Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Nurse / First Aid Staff to support office and godown workers. The role involves providing immediate medical assistance during accidents or injuries, minimizing damage and health risks, and ensuring a safe working environment within the godown and office premises.Key Responsibilities:Provide immediate first aid and basic medical treatment to workers in case of accidents or injuriesRespond quickly during emergency situations and stabilize the injured personAssess the condition of injured employees and decide further medical action if requiredMaintain and regularly check first aid kits and medical suppliesAssist in minimizing injury impact and prevent further damage at the accident siteKeep proper records of accidents, treatments, and medical reportsCoordinate with hospitals, ambulances, and management during serious incidentsEducate workers on basic safety and health practicesSupport office staff with minor medical needs when requiredEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety standardsRequirements:Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing preferred)Valid nursing registration (if applicable)Experience in industrial, factory, or warehouse setup is an advantageKnowledge of first aid, emergency care, and workplace safetyGood communication and quick decision-making skillsAbility to work calmly under pressureSkills:Emergency response & first aidAccident handlingHealth & safety awarenessRecord keepingTeam coordination
