Personal Care (Rozana ki dekhbhaal)*** Patient ko **bed se uthana / bithana*** **Walking mein help** karna (walker / support ke sath)* **Washroom le jana*** **Diaper change** karna (adult diaper)* **Sponge bath / body cleaning*** Kapde change karwana* Bed sheet clean rakhna---## **2. Medical Care & Monitoring*** **BP (Blood Pressure) check** karna* **Sugar check (Glucometer se)*** Temperature check* Oxygen level monitor karna (agar required ho)* Medicines **time par dena** (doctor ke instructions ke according)* Patient ki condition **regular monitoring*** Emergency situation mein family / Nursingo office ko inform karna---## **3. Feeding & Nutrition Help*** **Khane mein madad** karna* Liquid diet / soft food dena* Patient ko **pani pilana*** Doctor ke diet chart ka follow karna* Feeding ke baad safai rakhna---## **4. Mobility Support*** Patient ko **bed se wheelchair** mein shift karna* **Walking exercises** mein help* Position change karna (2–3 ghante mein) – bed sore se bachav ke liye---## **5.
