We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Homecare Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a homecare setting. The candidate will be responsible for patient monitoring, medication administration, personal care assistance, and maintaining accurate healthcare records while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver professional nursing care to patients at their residence as per prescribed medical protocols
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions regularly • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Provide bedside care, including support for mobility and diaper changing when required
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and nursing documentation
• Educate patients and family members regarding healthcare plans and recovery procedures
• Coordinate with doctors, supervisors, and healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
• Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and clinical quality standards
• Be available for extended duty hours or 24-hour support in emergency or critical patient care situations, as required.
