Role: Care Manager

About the company:

Anvaya kincare private limited is an elder care platform for the parents of NRI's or for the elderly people who live away from their children. NRI's or the people who live in other cities and cannot be available for their parents, purchase subscription plans from the company and the company provides services to their parents. The services can range from medical services, ensuring their emotional well-being and providing assistance in day to day activities.

Role and responsibilities:

1)A care manager provides logistics and companionship support to the customers.

2) will be assigned 10-12 families, and must visit every family once a week

3) help and assist the each family with their day to day needs

4) be alert and immediately respond in case of emergencies

The families will be nearby the assigned location

Care manager acts as the point of contact Between the customer and their families

Looks after bringing groceries, medicines for elderly

Taking the elderly to hospital, bank, and coordinating with the concerned person

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
