About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Patient Engagement Experts to join our team. In this role, you will engage with patients suffering from various ailments, understand their health status, and provide counseling to support their care journey. You will also coordinate with hospitals to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate medical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide patients over calls to understand their current health status and provide counselling.

• Engage with patients to identify medical needs and guide them effectively to relevant hospital services.

• Accurately record and maintain patient information in the designated portal.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and patient satisfaction.

• Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: Dietician

• Experience: 6 to 18 months in a relevant role (including internship experience)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathetic and patient-centric approach

• Ability to manage sensitive health information with confidentiality

• Key Skills:

• Patient counselling and engagement.

• Knowledge of basic medical conditions and diet management.

• Data entry and documentation.

• Coordination with healthcare providers.

Work Timings & Schedule:

Shift between 9 AM to 7 PM

One rotational weekly off.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
