Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand the workflow and set up of the clinic.
2. Manage back-end work of handling instruments, sterilisation and case preparation.
3. Maintain instruments and machinery with care.
4. Assisting doctors in all procedures, coordination with front desk on the progress of the case and preparation of lab documentation for work to be processed.
5. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness after every case and managing inventory of everyday use materials.
6. Ensuring minimal wastage of materials, chemical or compounds and preserving remaining materials.
7. Communication with doctors before case to give a brief any complications. Understanding the comfort of the patient through the procedures is crucial.
8. Maintaining case completion files, assisting summary with X-Rays and material handling list.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Good spoken and written English. Knowing additional languages is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: Completed graduation, preferably in Nursing.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Organised, well-groomed, and presentable.
• Quick to learn, with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a bonus.
• A team player who can solve problems and take initiative.
