*Role*

Support r dentist during treatments, ensure patient comfort, and maintain clinical efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Clinical Support*

- Assist with procedures (e.g., handing instruments, suctioning, preparing materials).

- Manage patient records, charts, and treatment plans.

- Sterilize and prepare instruments for next use.

2. *Patient Care*

- Greet patients, explain procedures, and ease anxiety.

- Position patients and manage their comfort.

- Provide post-treatment instructions and follow-up care.

3. *Operational Tasks*

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

- Support front desk with scheduling, billing, etc., when needed.

*Skills Needed:*

- Dental assisting certification (or willingness to train).

- Excellent communication and people skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Basic clinical skills (e.g., suctioning, instrument handling).
