Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
Assist doctors during hair, skin, and aesthetic procedures (PRP, GFC, laser, chemical peels, micro needling, etc.)
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment before procedures
Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control protocols
Handle pre- and post-procedure patient care and instructions
Patient Care
Greet patients and ensure their comfort during visits
Explain basic treatment processes and aftercare as directed by the doctor
Monitor patients during and after procedures and report any concerns
Administrative & Clinic Duties
Maintain patient records and treatment documentation
Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Manage clinic inventory (medications, consumables, equipment)
Ensure clinic cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
